Gli automobilisti amanti dell’alta velocità possono stare più tranquilli, è arrivato il Coyote. Non è l’animale Willy di un famoso cartone animato, ma un sistema in grado di rilevare a distanza la presenza degli autovelox che costano centinaia e centinaia di euro di multe elevate, che quano arrivano a casa verrebbe voglia di sbattere la testa al muro. Costa 200 euro ed è in grado di rilevare telecamere ai semafori e Tutor.
Ma è legale tutto questo?
“Assolutamente si – spiegano alla Coyote anzi il nostro sistema avverte anche in caso di superamento del limite di velocità imposto, e poi all’ingresso del tratto stradale controllato dal Tutor, che fornisce precise indicazioni al limite di velocità in vigore, alla velocità media e istantanea”.
Il prodotto è affdato alla Magneti Marelli, un’azienda molto conosciuta nella sicurezza. Il Coyote è semplicissimo da usare perchè avverte quando l’auto sta per transitare in una zona dove nelle precedenti 3 ore, è stata segnalata la presenza di un autovelox mobile. Con un semplice click l’automobilista potrà segnalare a sua volta la presenza di un autovelox mobile. Per fare tutto questo Coyote si aggiorna automaticamente circa la posizione di autovelox fissi, tutor e zone a rischio.
Il cliente si deve abbonare a un servizio (costa 12 euro al mese) . Per ora Coyote può essere utilizzato in Italia, Gran Bretagna, Francia, Repubblica Ceca, Belgio, Olanda e Lussemburgo, mntre soprattutto in Germania ed altri paesi vicini è vietato dalla legge.

premesso che sono un automobilista disciplinato, che rispetta le indicazioni stradali, però da qualche anno ho notato che parecchi comuni, poichè hanno le casse vuote, cercano di risanare il bilancio, sistemando dispositivi autovelox e magari usando quelli taroccati. per quanto premesso desiderei sapere dove è possibile acquistare tale dispositivo.

Io credo che nessuno lo comprerà, queste funzioni ci sono da anni nei comuni navigatori, sia portatili che quelli di serie.
Forse hanno lanciato il prodotto con 5-6 anni in ritardo.

effettivamente nei comuni navigatori, questo servizio è gia presente da molto tempo anche se devo dire che non è molto affidabile ..contro le postazioni mobili perchè non aggiornato in tempo reale. se non ricordo male , qualche anno fa era uscito un apparecchio veramente efficace contro gli autovelox sia fissi che mobili, mi pare si chiamasse COBRA. Esso captava le frequenze dei dispositivi video,dei puntatori laser, segnalandolo in prossimità, con un segnale acustico .
esisteva anche la versione per moto, inserendo l’apparecchio all’interno del casco. peccato che questo dispositivo in italia non sia legale altrimenti butterebbero via i soldi per tutti i rilevatori autovelox installati nel territorio nazionale ^^
